Yoga relaxes the entire body and is easy on the joints. At the same time, it strengthens the deep muscles and allows the mind to calm down.

The asanas stimulate the metabolism and help you to find your centre again.

Our Relaxation-Yoga is held every Monday evening from 6:15 to 7:15 pm and is suitable for both beginners and advanced students who want to practice gentle, effortless yoga.

Entry into relaxation yoga is possible every week.

We look forward to seeing you there!

 

Type of yoga:

Gentle, effortless yoga (no powerful postures).
Good alternation between periods of tension and relaxation.

1 hour

  • comfortable clothing
  • yoga mat if available (rental mats are available free of charge)
