Rituals as a path to health

In the month of December, our newsletters revolve around the topic of "rituals". What do rituals have to do with health?

Health is not something that happens by itself, but is a valuable commodity that needs to be taken care of constantly. Good health is the result of a mindful way of life.

If you learn to distinguish what is good from what is not, you are on the best path to stable well-being and physical balance. According to Ayurveda, health is not only a state in which the body functions well, but the state of clear awareness of oneself. In the classical Ayurvedic texts, the word "svastha" - being grounded in one's self - is used for health.

Automating health-promoting measures

Such a high ideal can only be realistically achieved if health-promoting actions are automated. These automatisms are repetitive activities. They include daily rituals such as personal hygiene, exercise and sport, regular meals and meditation. Weekly rituals such as a day off work with time for relaxing activities are also important.

Seasonal rituals play an important role in the classical texts of Ayurvedic medicine. Seasonal cleansing cures are meant to ensure that unprocessed old burdens that arise in every life are "disposed of" on a regular basis. This clears the mind and energises the body, making it ready to enter the new season with efficiency.

Efficient health promotion

With all health-promoting rituals, it is important that they are efficient and more than worth the time invested. For years, it has been a great concern of ours to offer cost-effective medically supervised seasonal cleansing cures to as many people as possible. We have been very successful in this with our webinars that include a cleansing cure.

The Herbal Detox webinar is our shortest and most nimble cure. At the beginning of Lent, this joint cleansing cure helps us to leave behind the cold, stiffness and waste products of winter and to prepare ourselves optimally for the new year and spring.

"Happy Slim" ushers in summer, and "Winter Fit" gets the immune system and nervous power going for the dark season with clustered infections.
Schedule webinars in your annual calendar

Take the time to experience these unique cleansing rituals from the comfort of your own home with us and a large Ayurvedic community! This makes it easy to leave old habits and bad habits behind and develop as a person.

Diagnosis is also important

From a medical point of view, however, it is not only therapy that is important. A diagnosis is also always needed to know where one stands. Which dosha is imbalanced and disturbs the balance? The annual pulse diagnosis in our practice provides certainty in this area.

Which risk factors are endangering my health? Am I well supplied with vital substances? Our medical practice offers a wide range of laboratory diagnostic possibilities: Screening, whole blood analysis of vital substances, vitamin status, lipid profile, microbiome examination, hormone status....

We would be happy to help you create a package of diagnoses that makes sense for you.

Summary

Regularly repeating measures to promote health are important! Daily rituals like regular meals or rasayanas, weekly like leisure activities and seasonal like Ayurvedic cleansing cures should be firmly scheduled and a natural part of life.

We look forward to your feedback!
