It is better to have one lofty goal than many seemingly easily achievable goals. Multitasking leads to success much less often than setting a concrete goal.

What are our goals with soma? In 2023, we want to accompany you again with full power on your way to more vitality and better health. In doing so, it is important to us to have a suitable health promotion offer for all people. We are aware that our therapies from Ayurveda and holistic medicine are associated with costs. We deliberately offer a very wide range of possibilities to support your health. It ranges from very small investments for spices, triphala or vitamin D in the one- or two-digit range, to consultations or webinars in the three-digit range, to Pancha Karma cures that cost a four-digit sum. Choose from our wide range of offerings and be part of it!

Topic of the year 2023

In 2023, our newsletters will focus on oils and various oil massage techniques as the "Product of the Year". Triggering healing stimuli through touch and massage are important topics in Maharishi Ayurveda.

2 new female doctors

It is with great pleasure that we report to you about the reinforcements in the practice team of Dr. Schachinger. Already 2 months ago Dr. Barbara Steger, general practitioner, Ayurveda doctor in training, joined us. Before studying medicine, she worked as a midwife and was most recently the responsible infectiologist at the hospital in Wels. In addition to her hospital work, she has successfully completed training in orthomolecular medicine in recent years. She is currently completing her diploma training in Maharishi Ayurveda pulse diagnosis and phytotherapy at the German Ayurveda Academy. Women's health is an important concern for her.

Since Monday, Dr. Agrima Awasthi from Noida, India, complements our team. She has studied Ayurvedic medicine and most recently worked as a ward physician at the Maharishi Ayurveda Clinics in Delhi and Rishikesh. In her 7 years of professional experience, she has gained a great deal of experience in accompanying and treating outpatients and inpatient Pancha Karma therapies. With her vast academic knowledge and rich experience in Maharishi Ayurveda, she will greatly enrich the treatment success with Ayurvedic therapies at the soma.

Detox with Ayurveda

Detox therapies are described in classical texts as the most effective treatments. We look forward to accompanying you again in the new year with our seasonally adapted detox cures or a Pancha Karma cure in our house.
