Overweight and underweight

Based on the constitutional teachings, Ayurveda clearly recognises that every person has their individual "normal and comfortable weight". This is usually somewhat higher for people with a large Kapha proportion, and somewhat lower for people with a Vata-Pitta constitution.

In Ayurveda, large deviations upwards or downwards are perceived as an imbalance of the doshas. And any imbalance should be corrected.

Exercises for balancing the doshas

The exercises used in the webinar "Happy Slim" help each participant to balance the doshas and the digestive fire Agni. Therefore, it is suitable for both overweight and underweight people to improve health and well-being.

Working on self-awareness leads to a positive body image. The cleansing treatment included in the webinar supports and emphasises this development.

The balance of the doshas also controls the regulatory circuits of the messenger substances in our body. This includes the gonadal hormones, which are responsible for sexuality, fertility and offspring.

We know from modern research that major weight deviations upwards or downwards result in severe fertility disorders. This is true for both sexes.
