Lunch menu from the Ayurveda kitchen
soma COOKING
In our kitchen in soma - the center for Maharishi Ayurveda and holistic medicine, selected Ayurvedic spices, organic and regional foods are harmoniously prepared into a menu.
From Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00, in addition to our spa guests, external guests can also dine with us. Our cooks will spoil you with balanced, healthy, spicy digestible and vegetarian dishes.
As far as possible we use fresh herbs directly from the soma garden, organic vegetables from Biohof Heissbauer from Niederbrunn and from Biohof Achleitner from Eferding. We buy the high-quality organic basmarti rice and our organic spices from the Ayurvedashop, other organic food from Biogast. In the soma kitchen we cook with the highest quality organic ghee made from Austrian organic sour cream butter, which is produced in our own manufactory.
We use organic and regional food with love to create the best dishes.
