Heat promotes the flow of <strong>prana<\/strong> (life energy), relaxes muscles, opens the body channels<em>(srotas<\/em>) and supports detoxification. <br\/><br\/>Targeted heat applications &#8211; such as warm oil massages, steam baths or medicinal water baths &#8211; stimulate blood circulation, activate the metabolism and calm the nervous system. For many people, this means less pain, more mobility and a deep sense of well-being.
