Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a simple, natural and easy-to-learn technique that is suitable for people of all ages. It is practiced twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, sitting comfortably with eyes closed. The mind is guided into a state of deep calm and stillness, while the body relaxes at a very deep level.
This millennia-old technique makes it possible to experience transcendental consciousness – the state of the slightest stimulation of the mind – on a regular basis. This area is often described as the source of our thoughts, a reservoir of creativity, energy and inner peace.
