When you come to our practice for the first time, we will first take your details and ask you to fill in a short medical history form. Please take your e-card with you if you have one.
Every first appointment in our practice begins with an Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis. We will then discuss your concerns, wishes, complaints and goals in detail.
Based on the pulse diagnosis and the consultation, we discuss our therapy suggestions with you. These include components from Ayurvedic medicine with recommendations on nutrition, suitable cleansing procedures, lifestyle, exercise, individual phytotherapy and orthomolecular medicine and, if necessary, also from conventional medicine.
After the initial consultation, we recommend a blood test in most cases. The blood test includes a standard laboratory test as for a preventive check-up and, depending on the symptoms, a determination of specific vital substances by means of a whole blood analysis and the determination of certain hormones.
At the next meeting, we will discuss your current well-being and the changes that have occurred since your last visit. Which recommendations you can integrate well into your everyday life and where a change in therapy may still be necessary.
There is also a detailed discussion of the findings with an explanation of the individual laboratory parameters from the blood analysis.
We use our knowledge of orthomolecular medicine to do this. Depending on the results of the vital substance analysis, we recommend how you can compensate for vital substance deficiencies in a targeted and sensible way. Orthomolecular therapy can take the form of taking nutrients, usually in capsule form or as infusion therapy.
If there is a hormonal imbalance, we often use a therapy with bioidentical hormones in ointment form in addition to Ayurveda and orthomolecular medicine.
Depending on your well-being or symptoms, we will arrange further follow-up appointments.
However, we recommend that all our patients undergo a detailed blood analysis with a vital substance laboratory at least once a year in order to maintain their health.

We are an elective practice, what does that mean?
We design our practice individually, completely tailored to the needs of the patient – we can decide for ourselves how much time we take for you.
As elective doctors, we do not have a direct contract with the health insurance companies. You will receive a fee note from us, which you then submit to your health insurance company. Depending on your health insurance company, you may be reimbursed part of the fee.
We will be happy to inform you in advance about the estimated examination costs. You can find an overview of the prices here:
