Silver fir essential oil is obtained by steam distillation of the tree's twigs and needles. The ingredients of this fine clear oil are characterised by the ingredient group of monoterpenes. As a result, silver fir essential oil has a particularly antiseptic effect on the room air.

Silver fir essential oil is especially known for its use in aroma diffusers and allows us to breathe freely again. Silver fir is considered a mild oil and supports respiratory diseases. It has an expectorant effect and soothes coughs. Similarly, as the fragrance purifies the air, it also clears our mind and gives us mental strength. It gives us energy and has an uplifting and mood-lifting effect. Just as the mighty fir resists the worst weather conditions such as heat, wind and cold, silver fir essential oil also gives us the strength to bear life's burdens more easily and to cope better with setbacks. In massage mixtures, it has a soothing and invigorating effect on muscle function.

Note: Essential oil of silver fir can be slightly irritating to the skin, especially in warm bath water.
