Inspiring message from Hopi Indian Joseph White Eagle

Inspiring message

"What humanity is experiencing at the moment can be seen as a portal or a hole. And it is your choice whether you fall into the hole or go through the portal. If you only care about the problem and consume news 24 hours a day, with little energy, always nervous, with pessimism - then you will fall into the hole. But if you take thev chance to look at yourself, rethink life and death, take care of yourself and others. Take care of your home, take care of your body, connect with the spiritual. When you take care of yourself, you take care of everything else. Don't lose the spiritual vision of the crisis.

adler_hopiTake the perspective of the eagle from above and see the whole, look over the edge. This crisis has a social dimension, but also a spiritual dimension. The two go hand in hand. Without the social dimension, we become fanatical. But without the spiritual dimension, we fall into pessimism and meaninglessness. You have been prepared to face this crisis. Use all the tools at your disposal to do so. Recognise the resistance of Indigenous Americans and Black people. We were and still are marginalised. But we never stopped singing, dancing, lighting fires and having fun. Don't feel guilty for being happy during this difficult time. You are not helping anyone by being sad and lacking energy. You only help when good things come out of the universe now. Resilience comes through joy. And when the storm is over, each of you will be very important in the rebuilding of the new world.

You must feel good and be strong. And for that there is no other way than to maintain a beautiful, happy and bright vibration. This is not alienation, but a strategy of resistance. So I ask you to take time to take advantage of this time and seek your vision. What world do you want to see emerge for you? That is exactly what you can do right now: Be still in the storm. Calm yourself, pray every day, take time to encounter the sacred daily. The good shines. What you radiate is the most important thing now. Sing, dance and become resilient through joy, art, faith and love."
