Scientific study on the effects of herbal detoxification

Today Viktoria Luhaste receives her PhD from Maharishi International University, USA. She conducted her research, which led to the doctorate, on the effects of "Herbal Purification" and the webinar "Happily Slim". We offer our heartfelt congratulations!

Dr. Viktoria Luhaste mainly investigated the effects of physical cleansing or purification with some lifestyle changes on the psyche of the participants:in. The following parameters were examined: Depression, anxiety, fatigue and physical symptoms related to these 3 factors.

Psychological effects of our detox cures

The study has not yet been published, so we can't give details of the results yet. However, this much can be said: in all 4 research subjects (depression, anxiety, fatigue and physical complaints) there were clear positive changes. What is particularly surprising and satisfying for us is the fact that the positive changes were statistically significant and sustainable. The participants were followed up for 4 months, during which time the positive effects remained unchanged.

Physical changes as a result of our Detox cures

A pilot study on the physical effects of herbal detoxification was carried out in Dr Schachinger's practice several years ago. This also showed clear improvements in various examinations. In blood tests, the inflammation values, liver values and blood lipids (cholesterol) improved. In ECG, heart rate variability (HRV) improved as a sign of relaxation and higher efficiency of the autonomic nervous system. Sleep patterns were also significantly better.

Presentation of the results to doctors

Dr. Wolfgang Schachinger was able to present these excellent results to doctors at the 7th International Ayurveda Congress (03. - 05.03.2023 in Kathmandu, Nepal), as well as at the Annual Congress for Holistic Medicine (14. - 16.03.2023 in Salzburg at the PMU - Paracelsus Medical University) and at the Anniversary Congress of the German Society for Ayurveda (08. -11.06.2023 Bad Ems). The comments of the colleagues were very positive throughout. The value of this study is particularly high because there are only very few high-quality studies on Ayurveda in Europe. However, such studies are important for the recognition of Ayurveda as part of scientifically based medicine.

Our recommendation

The newly published "Herbal Purification" now contains significantly upgraded accompanying material, making it even easier to use in everyday life. This cure is recommended at any time of year.

Plan some purification days before you start your holiday!

We look forward to your feedback!
