Mind and body are closely connected. Balance in the body leads to mental and spiritual well-being. A happy mind strengthens physical health.

However, if the body is burdened by poor nutrition, environmental toxins, metabolic waste products and fatigue, the soul does not feel well in the body. Cleansing cures clear up unprocessed old burdens and lead to the soul feeling really well in the body.
